Legal & Project Marketing Officer (Arabic, English, Italian and French Speakers)

English, Italian, French, and Arabic.We are a consultancy and project management firm involved in international and local projects, primarily outside the country. Our project portfolio includes housing developments, infrastructure projects, oil & gas, mining, crude oil trading, airports, and aircraft wet leasing.

We are seeking a versatile professional who can draft and manage legal/commercial documents for projects while also supporting marketing and project promotion activities. This role requires strong documentation skills combined with commercial and marketing awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Documentation Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and format commercial and legal documents, including but not limited to:
• MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, NCNDAs
• Consultancy and project management agreements
• Facilitation and intermediary agreements
• Basic SPA support documents (non-lawyer drafting)
• Ensure documents are aligned with project scope, commercial terms, and client requirements
• Maintain organized records of contracts and project documentation
• Support documentation for international transactions and cross-border projects

Marketing & Project Promotion Responsibilities

• Prepare project profiles, presentations, and marketing materials
• Assist in marketing consultancy and project management services to clients and partners
• Coordinate outreach to potential investors, partners, and stakeholders
• Support online and offline marketing initiatives (company profile, proposals, pitch decks)
• Assist management in positioning projects commercially for international markets

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in legal documentation drafting (commercial/contracts background preferred)
• Understanding of consultancy and project management
• Ability to work on multiple international projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of marketing, business development, or project promotion
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Knows how to speak English, Italian, French, and Arabic.
