Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly growing portfolio of projects. This role will help execute marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day campaign activities, and ensure smooth coordination across teams as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and content assets.
  • Support social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and compile insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for ongoing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (agency or in-house).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing).
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, or CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in a startup or multi-project environment.
