MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To support the development and delivery of routine task requirement briefs as outlined by internal stakeholders. Initiates the development and delivery of final artwork through the Content & Graphics Unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with the team to coordinate and support the delivery of projects, tasks, and the development of marketing material.

Supports the review and verifying all project and marketing materials following the initial check ensuring accuracy and consistency before the final approval stage.

Supports the Content & Graphics Unit (CGU) in the quick turnaround of routine tasks, ensuring the CGU and suppliers work to the agreed timelines and delivery schedules

Acts as the department focal point for all marketing processes, forms and procedures, encouraging their routine use and assisting colleagues when required, as a ‘super-user’.

Creates timelines for approval, ensuring projects and tasks are within the agreed timelines, highlighting any changes to timeline or observed risks to project at the earliest opportunity

Assists in overseeing the print production of materials and distribution, ensuring on time and on budget delivery.

Monitors the Quality Control (QC) systems and procedures in the department, ensuring the CGU is consistently working to set QC processes.

Works with internal departments and stakeholders in the preparation, development and implementation of routine tasks.

Uses the Oracle system to raise Purchase Requisitions and ensure the timely delivery of Purchase Orders to suppliers adhering to Procurement processes

Attends meetings, taking new briefs from stakeholders and drafting an initial creative concept brief for the design team, to be approved.

It is essential to build strong relationships with stakeholders, possess the ability to write concise briefs, and seamlessly apply processes and procedures as outlined by the department and Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or advertising or branding.

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
