Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management : prequalification, opportunity assessment, bid/no-bid governance, tender submission, and post-bid evaluations
• Own technical and commercial proposal development , ensuring full compliance and technical pass
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Operations, ensuring profitability and risk control
• Build and manage a robust bid pipeline , forecasting opportunities and reporting to senior leadership
• Establish and lead a dedicated bidding & commercial team , setting governance, templates, and best practices
• Support executive leadership in market strategy, sector focus, and long-term growth planning
• Engage with government, semi-government, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and commercial clients across KSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in TFM / FM / construction or related sectors
• Strong exposure to Saudi tendering environments , procurement platforms, and compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in bid writing, commercial analysis, and negotiation
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead multicultural teams
• English required , Arabic is a strong advantage
