Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial, retail, F&B, and office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications
Review tender documents, scope of work, and project requirements
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to obtain accurate pricing
Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Value engineer projects to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality
Analyze material quantities, manpower requirements, and timelines
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals
Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records
Support project handover to execution team after award

Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation in the UAE
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
Good communication and coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
