Estimation Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates, ensuring accurate cost evaluation for bids and proposals. The role involves conducting in-depth research, negotiating with vendors and contractors, and closely liaising with project teams to align estimation processes. While primarily based in Dubai, the position allows some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and expertise in Project Estimation.

Strong background in Civil Engineering with a solid understanding of construction methods and materials.

Exceptional Negotiation skills for vendor and contractor interactions.

Ability to perform detailed Research for accurate estimation and industry trends.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
