Job Description

Major Skills:

1. Professional level working using CANDY from scratch till project submission.

2. Preparation of Bill of Quantities from tenders drawings / documents

3. Splitting of packages for all the scope and chasing competitive offers.

4. Can Establish and finalize full project commercial works from scratch.

Education and Experience: Diploma in Civil Engineering ( DCE ) or relevant

Should have 15 years above experience.

Accountabilities:

1. Can Lead team and distribute tasks of estimation department.

2. Has the ability to analyze

3. Complete the various tasks as per the manager Instruction within the time given.

4. Close out and submit tenders in terms of commercial.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with colleagues in the Estimating Department, reporting to manager/Senior.(Mandatory)

2. Reading and understanding the Project and the Scope of work. (Mandatory)

3. Review of project drawings and specifications; develop RFI’s as needed. (Mandatory)

4. Arrange all files (such as all in one file) and upload to CANDY. (Mandatory)

5. Upload data to CANDY and can establish required files in candy. (Mandatory)

6. Getting all output from CANDY in professional level and closing the project commercial works. (Mandatory)

7. Preparation & Verification of Bill of Quantities from Tender drawings/documents. (Mandatory)

8. Civil rate analysis for the senior’s finalization. (Mandatory)

9. Quantity Take off for all the works where required

10. Analyze subcontractor/vendor proposals. (Mandatory)

11. Issues invitations to bid to selected subcontractors and vendors.

12. Prepares bid forms, bid proposals, and bid clarifications.

13. Assist in project packaging, arrangement and submission. (Mandatory)

14. Awareness of tender process till submission and PTCs.

15. Develop and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships.

16. Observe the task given to the juniors and assist them.

Specialized Trainings Required (if any): Candy (CCS) Software, Micro Soft Office, Blue Beam, (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit Architecture (3D Modeling)

Languages: English and others
