Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong interior fit-out experience to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of fit-out estimation experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, BOQ, and pricing
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
• Experience in quantity take-off and project costing
• Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and tender proposals
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Analyze project requirements and prepare pricing
• Support project and procurement teams during execution
• Ensure timely submission of estimates and tenders

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / related field
• UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory
