Estimation Engineer

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates/BOQs, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs for a wide range of construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and related documents to develop accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall project profitability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential cost variances and financial exposure.
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior estimators, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Utilize advanced estimating software and industry tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in the estimating process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, material pricing, and emerging technologies to support effective estimation practices.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial performance targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and communicate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and costs.
• Develop tendering strategies, evaluate bids, recommend suitable tenders, and participate in commercial negotiations.
• Specialized in estimating complete construction projects, including structural works, finishing works, fit-out/interior works, and MEP services.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
