Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Landscaping Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance projects. The candidate should have experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, supplier coordination, and project costing within the UAE landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscaping and irrigation projects.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-off for softscape and hardscape works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze project costs including materials, labor, machinery, and transportation.
• Maintain estimation records and tender documentation.
• Support project and procurement teams during project execution.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed within deadlines.
• Visit project sites when required for project evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in landscaping estimation.
• Knowledge of landscaping materials, irrigation systems, and construction methods.
• Experience in tendering and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UAE landscaping market rates and suppliers.
• Experience in softscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects.
• Quantity surveying knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
