Estimation Engineer

Minimum 5 Years of UAE Experience

Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and project budgets for construction/MEP/civil projects in the UAE. The candidate will evaluate project specifications, drawings, material requirements, labor costs, and timelines to support successful project bidding and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Evaluate project risks and recommend cost-saving solutions.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Maintain estimation databases and cost records.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and client requirements.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, MEP, infrastructure, or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE regulations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
