Estimation Engineer - Building Contract

We are looking to hire an Estimation Engineer for a contracting company specialized in villas, buildings, and general construction works.

Position: Estimation Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Field: Building Contracting / Villas / Residential & Commercial Buildings

Location: UAE

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation within a contracting company.

Experience in villas, buildings, and general construction projects.

Ability to study tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates, quotations, and technical/commercial offers.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Good knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP-related construction items.

Strong Excel skills and good communication abilities.
