Estimation Engineer - Civil

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and supporting the bidding process for various civil and construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
• Analyze project requirements, materials, labour, and equipment costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.
• Support the tendering process by preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure project costs are within budget.
• Participate in value engineering exercises and suggest cost-saving alternatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum [3–5] years of experience in estimation and tendering for civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, tender analysis, and cost estimation methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
