Estimation Engineer – Civil (Contracting)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years (UAE/GCC)
Industry: Civil Contracting / Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, contract administration, and quantity take-off for civil contracting lump sum projects.

Requirements:

• B. Tech or B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying in the UAE/GCC construction sector
• Proficient in quantity take-off from drawings and accurate cost calculations
• Familiar with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel (knowledge of estimation software is a plus)
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
