We are committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and value to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer with a background in civil engineering to manage all costs and financial aspects of our construction projects, from initial tendering to final account settlement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the financial and contractual side of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all aspects of the tendering process, including sourcing and vetting subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of tender documents and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform accurate cost estimations and prepare budgets for new projects.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best rates and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, BOQs, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, cost estimation software).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
