Estimation Engineer (Earthworks & Infrastructure)

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our growing contracting team specializing in Earthworks, Cut & Fill Operations, Site Preparation, Road Works, and Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.

· Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Calculate quantities for cut & fill, excavation, backfilling, grading, and infrastructure works.

· Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

· Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, and Operations teams during tender preparation.

· Conduct site visits when required to assess project scope and constraints.

· Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in estimation for contracting, earthworks, infrastructure, or road projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tendering processes.
✅ Experience with cut & fill calculations and earthwork quantities.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
✅ Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
