Estimation Engineer-Fit-Out and Joinery works

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our Interior Design Division, specializing in joinery and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, quantity take-offs, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with client and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions, including pricing, clarifications, and value engineering proposals
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery works
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out methodologies
• Solid understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under tight deadlines.
