Estimation Engineer - Fitout & FFE

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in fit-out, interior design, and FFE projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and vendor coordination for high-end villas, commercial, hospitality, or residential interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break down project scope into trade packages (e.g., joinery, gypsum works, flooring, FFE).
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets to evaluate supplier/vendor offers.
• Extract accurate quantities from drawings and specifications (quantity take-offs).
• Develop detailed BOQs and apply market rates for cost estimation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and clarifications.
• Prepare and submit complete tender packages.
• Review tender documents, project specifications, and contract conditions.
• Highlight risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Estimation is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in estimation, costing, and tendering for fit-out, interior design, or FFE projects.
• Strong understanding of villas, high-end commercial, hospitality, or residential interior works.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
