Estimation Engineer - Interior and Fitout

The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for interior fit-out and construction projects. The role supports project planning, bidding, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, RFQs, and project scope for interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to obtain accurate inputs.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, pricing summaries, and clarifications.
• Support contract negotiation and post-tender activities.
• Maintain cost data, rate analysis, and estimation records.
• Monitor market rates and material costs.

Requirements / Skills

• Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3-4 year UAE fit-out experience is an advantage
• Proven experience in interior fit-out / construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP works.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Immediate joiner preferred
