Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to join our Tendering Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components of various projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality proposals within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and analyze material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare comprehensive BOQs, cost summaries, and pricing breakdowns.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
• Support value engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Maintain a database of pricing and cost benchmarks for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements throughout the estimation process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

· 5-15 years of experience.

· Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel, with solid knowledge of MEP standards and codes.
