Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring cost accuracy in construction projects?

La Maison is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Egypt office and support our engineering projects by preparing precise cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and performing quantity take-offs for construction and design works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BoQ (Bill of Quantities) for structural works
• Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Assist in structural design coordination when required
• Coordinate with the design and project teams regarding quantities, materials, and project requirements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of quantities for project costing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong experience in preparing Structural BoQ
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in structural designing
• Experience in structural analysis and design software is a plus
• Additional advantage if experienced in preparing Architectural BoQ
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
