ESTIMATION ENGINEER-MEP

We are looking for a qualified Estimation Engineer – MEP to join our team. Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with relevant experience in MEP estimation.

Preferred: UPDA & QCDD Certified

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQ for MEP projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare tender submissions.
• Support the bid management and project estimation process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering.
• 5-7+ years of experience in MEP estimation.
• UPDA & QCDD certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
• Good understanding of BOQ, costing, and tender documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
