Proposal/ Estimation Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for civil and marine projects.
• Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Analyze material, manpower, and equipment requirements for accurate estimation.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender requirements.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender clarifications.
• Maintain updated vendor quotations, pricing records, and cost databases.
• Assess risks and incorporate contingencies where necessary.
• Contribute to tender strategy and support management in decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Proposal/Estimation Engineer.
• Strong understanding of estimation methods, cost control, and tendering procedures.
• Experience in civil and/or marine projects is essential.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
