Job Vacancy: Senior MEP Estimation Engineer\

Axial Contracting LLC are seeking a highly detailed and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate tenders for high-end residential and industrial projects within the UAE.Key

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid UAE experience specifically in MEP Estimation.
• Project Portfolio: Must have hands-on experience estimating for High-rise buildings, Luxury Villas, and Warehouses.
• Technical Expertise: Full proficiency in pricing and take-offs for the following services:
• HVAC (Chilled water & DX systems).
• Plumbing & Drainage.
• Firefighting (Sprinklers, Standpipes, and Clean Agent systems).
• LPG Systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed Quantity Take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all mentioned MEP services.
• Analyze tender drawings and specifications to identify technical risks and project scope.
• Float RFQs to a network of suppliers and subcontractors; perform technical and commercial comparisons.
• Ensure all estimates comply with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other relevant UAE authorities.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits as required.
• Prepare Value Engineering proposals to provide cost-effective solutions for luxury and large-scale projects.
