Estimation Engineer (MEP & Civil)

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP and/or Civil estimation
• UPDA Approved
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Excellent ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
