Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Estimation Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in estimating MEP or fire protection systems to join our office-based team.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimation and cost proposals for MEP or fire protection projects
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for material and service quotations
• Support the sales and project team with technical and commercial inputs
• Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation (preferably in UAE)
• Background in MEP or Fire Protection industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and technical specifications
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with estimation software is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

• Office-based position
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
