Estimation Engineer – Swimming Pool & Landscaping

Job Summary

Star Swimming Pools is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and project pricing for residential and commercial projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for swimming pool, water feature, and landscaping projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze project costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, and project teams during tendering and project execution stages.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
• Maintain records of historical costs, vendor pricing, and estimation data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation.
• Mandatory experience in Swimming Pool and Landscaping Estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, local market rates, and tendering procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidates

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates holding Own Visa or Sponsored Visa will be given preference.
• Candidates currently in the UAE preferred who can join immediately.
