Job Title: Estimation Manager – Construction Industry

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full estimation and tendering process for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost analysis, competitive pricing, and timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals within project deadlines.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance departments.
• Maintain updated cost databases and market pricing records.
• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction estimation and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and GCC market rates.
• Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCC construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
• PMP or related certifications are considered an advantage.
