Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Manager to lead and oversee the cost estimation function for aluminum and façade projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of façade systems, aluminum fabrication, and installation processes. This role is pivotal in winning new projects and ensuring profitability through accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Estimation Activities

• Manage preparation and submission of accurate cost estimates, bids, and tender documentation for aluminum and façade projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to define project requirements.

Tender Management

• Oversee the tendering process, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Review and evaluate technical and commercial requirements of tender documents.

Cost Analysis & Budgeting

• Develop cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the estimation team, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and review outputs for consistency and completeness.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and project execution teams to align estimates with operational needs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during pre- and post-tender stages.

Market Intelligence

• Maintain current knowledge of material prices, labor costs, and market trends in the aluminum and façade sector across UAE and GCC.
• Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed estimation reports for management review.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of historical costs, material prices, and vendor information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in estimation for aluminum and façade projects in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing solutions.
• Proficient in estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
