Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Estimation Manager to lead the cost estimation department for aluminum and façade projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and supporting the sales and project teams with commercial insights. This role is vital in ensuring profitability and competitiveness of our bids in a fast-paced and demanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation & Tendering

• Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for façade and aluminum systems including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and doors.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to assess material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare competitive and compliant tender submissions within given deadlines.

2. Cost Analysis & Risk Assessment

• Conduct thorough cost analysis including direct and indirect costs, overheads, and contingencies.
• Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities in bid documents.
• Recommend value engineering solutions during the bidding stage.

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Maintain a reliable database of material prices, labor rates, and historical cost data.
• Evaluate technical and commercial offers from vendors.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with design, technical, and procurement teams to ensure estimates reflect the most efficient solutions.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pricing strategies.
• Participate in post-tender negotiations and contract reviews.

5. Team Management & Process Improvement

• Manage and mentor a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
• Standardize estimation processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in estimation for aluminum and façade systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, and aluminum systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS, Candy, PlanSwift, etc.).

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
