Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Project Engineer for MEP, HVAC, Air Conditioning Installation and Maintenance Projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete project cycle from site survey, estimation, material planning, procurement coordination, manpower management, project execution, and final project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct site visits and detailed site surveys.

* Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimations.

* Prepare BOQ, quotations, and project costing.

* Identify and finalize required materials and equipment.

* Coordinate material purchasing and supplier follow-up.

* Plan and allocate manpower requirements.

* Supervise technicians and site workforce.

* Manage project execution and ensure work is completed as per scope and schedule.

* Coordinate directly with clients regarding project progress.

* Resolve site issues and ensure quality workmanship.

* Monitor project costs and maintain profitability.

* Ensure successful completion and handover of projects.

Requirements:

* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 3+ years experience in MEP, HVAC, AC Installation & Maintenance Projects.

* Strong knowledge of site execution, estimation, and project management.

* Ability to independently handle projects from estimation to completion.

* Experience in managing technicians and subcontractors.

* Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, procurement, and project execution.

* UAE Driving License preferred.

* Good communication and client handling skills.
