Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Experience: 5 - 10 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Salary: QAR 14,000 (Full Package) + Benefits as per Qatar labour law

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions
• Analyze project scope, technical specifications, and commercial requirements
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing
• Assess project risks and commercial terms; prepare comprehensive technical & commercial reports
• Ensure all proposals meet client expectations and company standards
• Maintain organized documentation for all estimations and submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in estimation/proposals for Oil & Gas or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of costing, tendering, and project evaluation processes
• Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
