Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Specialist to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for carpentry and joinery projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, sourcing prices, and submitting technical/financial proposals while ensuring accuracy, profitability, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings/tender documents, and prepare detailed cost estimates (including materials, labor, and subcontracting).
• Prepare BOQs, rate analyses, and pricing sheets.
• Submit competitive proposals and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain cost databases, records, and bid reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engg., Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
• 3–5 years’ estimation experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials and production processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (estimation software is a plus).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
