Estimations & Quotations Specialist- Lighting & Controls

COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES:

Provide lighting quotations for bidding projects, design build projects, & distributor requests.

Interface with contractors, distributors, specifiers, & team members to provide accurate bill of materials for lighting projects of various sizes and types.

Use project blueprints, various lighting manufacturers databases, best practices, and software programs for technical information, pricing, estimations, and device layouts.

Excellent at communicating with fellow team members & customers. Pleasant phone disposition. Employ active listening, clear communication, and conflict resolution techniques to resolve lighting application troubleshooting & work direct with customer needs.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software & other architectural software is recommended but not required.

Capacity to set priorities and manage time effectively. Understands the importance of timely and effective follow-up. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED

Electrical or similar industry knowledge recommended. Detailed in-office training available.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
