As an Estimator in our Fit Out division, you will play a key role in preparing and developing accurate tender proposals based on internal processes, supplier/subcontractor input, and tender requirements. About Your Team

You will report to the Chief Estimator and work collaboratively with the tendering, planning, procurement, and commercial teams. You’ll be expected to contribute insights from site visits, analyze documents, liaise with suppliers, and support with post-tender clarifications and handovers.

Your Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing tender documents and preparing detailed tender requirements
• Attending pre-tender meetings and conducting site visits
• Allocating work packages and identifying suppliers/subcontractors
• Preparing BOQ take-offs, rate build-ups, and uploading into CCS
• Analyzing and comparing supplier/subcontractor offers
• Preparing risk assessments and identifying value engineering opportunities
• Supporting tender adjudication and pricing submissions
• Coordinating procurement packages for awarded projects
• Responding to post-tender clarifications and post-contract reviews
• Sharing lessons learned and providing mentorship to junior estimators

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in a construction estimating or tendering environment
• B.Eng. degree or equivalent
• Strong background in MEP, particularly in relation to interior/finishing works

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent understanding of fit-out materials, suppliers, and market pricing
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CCS (Candy), Excel, and other estimating tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good mentoring and leadership potential
