Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to support both pre-construction and active jobsite execution for interior-focused commercial builds. This hybrid role blends cost estimating with hands-on project management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and overseeing all phases of project delivery, from kickoff through closeout.

Responsibilities

Estimating:

• Interpret plans, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate time, labor, and cost estimates
• Generate quantity takeoffs and material lists
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
  
  

Project Management

• Coordinate and oversee project execution from award to final punch list
• Monitor budgets, manage change orders, and track financial performance
• Lead weekly jobsite meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders
• Enforce safety, code compliance, and quality assurance standards
• Maintain detailed records including RFIs, submittals, and daily progress reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or equivalent field experience)
• Familiarity with Procore, The Estimating Edge, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong working knowledge of interior systems such as metal studs, drywall, millwork, and acoustical ceilings
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
