Estimator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate project risks, timelines, and profitability.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients during bidding and execution stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year as an Estimator in construction (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
