Estimator

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–3years of experience in estimation, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Knowledge of local market prices, materials, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
