Estimator

We're looking for a highly experienced Estimator to join our growing team.

If you have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and are proficient in SketchUp, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage material procurement, including placing orders, meticulously tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints and various construction documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Perform accurate material take-offs and contribute to generating comprehensive and competitive estimates.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and records, ensuring all critical information is readily accessible.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members to foster strong working relationships and ensure seamless project flow.

Qualifications

• At least three years proven experience in an estimating or project coordination role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Blueprint reading & SketchUp is a must.
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate take-offs and estimations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
