Estimator

Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out works, including civil, architectural finishes, MEP, and joinery.

Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals, including technical and commercial bids. Participate in value engineering exercises to provide cost-saving solutions.

Maintain and update cost databases and unit rates.

Liaise with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment on project scopes and costs.

Attend pre- and post-tender meetings, site visits, and client briefings when required.

Track and analyze project costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
