Estimator

We are looking for an experienced estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and rate analyses for warehouse and civil construction projects. The role supports tendering, budgeting, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs
• Develop cost estimates, rate analysis, and unit rates
• Collect supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets (CSTs) and tender pricing documents
• Assist in tender submissions and coordinate with the project manager.
• Support project budgeting and update cost variations
• Review drawings to identify discrepancies and suggest cost-saving options
• Maintain estimation files, cost sheets, and report updates
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design, and vendors
• Submit weekly progress and pending reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience as an Estimator in construction/industrial/warehouse projects
• Strong understanding of QS, cost estimation, and tendering
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
