Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender documents and submissions
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in UAE construction sector
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction methods and market rates
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Must be available to join immediately
