JOB SUMMARY:

Five Atelier Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery works, with the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and pricing breakdowns
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Identify potential cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out & joinery projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost planning
• Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers is preferred
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
