Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing bids, and supporting project planning from inception to completion. Your expertise will help ensure competitive pricing, effective cost control, and successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information and negotiate terms that benefit the project’s budget and timeline.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring all aspects of the project are accurately priced and aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor project costs throughout the process to support effective cost control measures and identify potential overruns early.
• Review contracts and scope of work documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
• Support project management teams by providing timely estimates for change orders, value engineering opportunities, and alternative solutions that optimize project outcomes.

Experience

• Proven experience in estimating with a strong understanding of management processes.
• Solid knowledge of site operations, contracts, pricing strategies, and cost control techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail to produce precise estimates under tight deadlines.
