Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator specializing in aluminum and façade works to join our team in Riyadh. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive pricing to support the successful delivery of façade and aluminum projects.

Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Estimation:

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and pricing sheets for aluminum and façade works.
• Source and evaluate quotations from local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
• Recommend value engineering options to optimize costs and maintain quality.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders, proposals, and variation orders.

Cost Analysis & Control:

• Conduct cost analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractors within the Riyadh market.
• Identify project risks, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support project execution teams by monitoring costs against initial estimates.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for tender clarifications.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment on pricing and execution.
• Attend project meetings when required to provide cost-related input.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in estimation (minimum 3 years in aluminum & façade projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia/GCC).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum works, glazing, and cladding.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Planswift, or similar), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines.
• Other: Familiarity with Riyadh/KSA market prices, suppliers, and subcontractors.
