Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with strong expertise in the fit-out industry to join our team in Riyadh. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for fit-out works.
• Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
• Conduct market analysis on material, labor, and subcontractor costs specific to the Riyadh market.
• Evaluate risks, value engineering options, and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and variation orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement departments to align estimates with project execution plans.
• Monitor project costs during execution to ensure compliance with the original estimates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fit-out estimation (Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and suppliers in the Riyadh market.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Planswift).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
