Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations for aluminum, glazing, and façade projects while ensuring commercial competitiveness and project profitability. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of façade systems, aluminum works, material specifications, and market pricing within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions for aluminum and façade projects
• Analyze architectural drawings, façade details, specifications, and project requirements
• Calculate material quantities for aluminum profiles, glass, cladding, steel, accessories, and hardware
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender stages
• Review technical drawings and identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain updated cost databases for materials, fabrication, installation, and labor
• Ensure estimations comply with project specifications, client requirements, and local standards
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals
• Support project handover from estimation to execution team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum, glazing, or façade estimation
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized systems, skylights, ACP cladding, glazing systems, and aluminum fabrication
• Proficiency in reading architectural and façade shop drawings
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and estimation software
• Strong understanding of market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use façade projects
• Knowledge of international façade standards and specifications
• Experience with fabrication and installation costing
