Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The selected candidate will be recruited in Dubai and deployed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Initial training and transition support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and related works
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Prepare BOQs and detailed cost breakdowns
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with design and project teams for value engineering
• Support the complete tendering and bidding process
• Maintain updated knowledge of façade materials, systems, and GCC market pricing

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of GCC experience in aluminum and façade estimation
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and market pricing
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminum systems is preferred
