Estimator - Aluminum/Facade Industry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimator with experience in the Aluminum and Facade industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the project team throughout the bidding and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum, glazing, and facade works.
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for updated material prices and quotations.
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams for clarifications.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project scope.
• Ensure estimates are completed within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in the Aluminum/Facade industry.
• Strong understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing works.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent analytical, math, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
