Role Objective:

To render assistance in developing project updates and bid package estimate documents.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calculates various statistical data quantity take-offs, material price list, labor costs per man hour, equipment etc.
• Assists with obtaining scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Assists is closing bids.
• Maintains files of working documents for back-up to estimating figures
• Assists in the training and development of personnel in the Estimation function.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in a relevant field of Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years.

Behavioral Skills:

• Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others,
• have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated. Enthusiastic for challenge and
• new initiatives. Customer Service, Attention to details, Execution Excellence.

Technical Skills:

• Computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).
• General knowledge of estimating techniques. Cost control and material pricing.
